The price is always right. It's just a question of, "To whom?";-)

Anything will sell at any price. The question then becomes, "When?"

It is the Seller's job to discover the "whom" and the "when" to coincide with his/her requirements. The more time the Seller has, generally translates to getting a higher price.

I figured I'd get some low ballers but their low price would be where I was willing to sell.
