I notice that my syncro doka w/out PS & no decoupler is very hard to steer in parking lots, etc., but my 2wd westy w/o PS & big steering wheel is no problem! However, my syncro w/ Hakka winter tires will go anywhere in our current ice storm conditions, but the 2wd westy w/ winter hakkas & TBD is semi worthless, not that I am driving it now.

Mr. BZ-still would never install chains on any of my vehicles! LOL!
