First the distributor with it's hall sensor issue. Second came the dead coil. Third - timing Engine now starts, runs ok, but once warmed up and I disconnect thee Temp II sensor - it runs like crap. Like running on three cylinders. Can't get it up to speed either for the timing check. Do I maybe have something happening between the ECU and an injector when Temp II is disconnected? Also - if the basic timing is set - Rotor in distributor pointing at the case mark - and the mark on the pulley at the split in the case - is that close enough to run it to drive a bit. Having trouble finding a working tach and I need desperately to go shopping for one on Monday. Thanks John |
