Ah, I missed that it's a Canadian model - they have a different power setup (a lead, ours have a socket on the side of the van that we plug a lead into). If you were to add an adapter, you should be fine - the fridge doesn't use that much power.

On the left, you can see the dual power socket, and the blue box on the right is the charger. The wires run behind the wall of the cupboard to the house battery, and then under the carpet to the car battery.
