capital observation, Dr. Perdue.   : ) while true, it might be out of shopping range for some- airfares have come down quite a bit lately. so, given the follow up post - 6 thou + plane ticket would still yield a nice deal for a savvy shopper.  however,  I'm with Scott and Marc on this : a general area to help the seller sift out lookie loos and help seekers save time and effort.  oh, yeah, and something about geographic values from last year's banter.              =(:D)   mike
