Plus you might consider just disconnecting the O2 sensor - get it out of
the circuit completely until you can deal with it more conveniently. The
engine will run fine without it. Your gas mileage may suffer a tiny bit.
After all, the O2 sensor provides the signal to the ECU which in turns
tunes the air/fuel mixture. Without the O2 sensor - the ECU will go
into a default that is a little bit more on the rich side to protect the
engine.
