The latest VW coolant is G13 (G013A8J1G). G13 is backwards compatible with G12 & G11. "Mixes with anything." The previous G12 (G012A8G1G also "red") was not compatible with G11. G12+ is an organic hybrid that is compatible with both G11 & G12. This version was only sold by the aftermarket, I don't think VW ever carried it. G11 & G12 when mixed is BAD.... Jason
