The Mileage on & Perceived Tightness of an engine should always be figured in when deciding on OilWeight ~ Also to be considered is the fact that TodaysOils are different & MuchBetter than what was available when the OwnersManuals for our Van's were written ~~ I am a believer in using a --> 0 to 5 w 30 to 40 Oil <-- in my H2OBoxrs here in NM & we do get temp's that range from the 100+s down to the SingleDigi's & some Rare Sub0s ~ I will say that if I lived in PHX, AZ area in the Summer I might consider running a 5w50 during the HotMonths ~
