It is Subaru's liquid cure all attempt to solve their head gasket problem without having to pay their dealers to replace head gaskets. Some people report success with it but evidently Subaru did not have satisfactory results as they ended up replacing a lot of head gaskets after trying the liquid cure.

Mark in AK Formerly Assistant Parts Manager of a dual Honda and Acura Parts Dept. that was part of a 7 franchise group including a Subaru store.
