Dave ~ It's been awhile since driving the Ocala trails from campsite to campsite and all the beautiful Springs but my recollection is of the white sand roads being packed pretty well. For the occasional deep sand just get some momentum going and power through. If you should get stuck and have wisely packed a 12 volt air pump, just air down your tires a good bit and slowly creep outta there. If you're still concerned, pack a tow strap and come-along (block & tackle). There are plenty of tall pine trees to anchor to. My experience was driving a '76 Westfalia and had no trouble in a couple of weeks in there. In fact it was awesome in the sand. As always YMMV.
