        You've got some other issue going on there ~ I live @ 5006'FtASL & do
most of my driving @ or above that & Back when my 90Westy had a
H2Oboxer BelowDeck it would do 80MPH when ever I asked it to as long
as the Terrain was RelativelyLevel & the Winds were Light ~ There is a
loss of about 18% in HP @ these Alt's so it does take longer to get to
speed but somewhere @ least in the 70s should be achievable if your Van'
is healthy.
