I had an Adveturewagon shipped from VA to OR.

the 'quote' is only a bid.
the brokers will put the haul out there to see who will pick it up.
I started at a $ 1,150 bid ( even though the brokers call it a quote )

when no one picked it up ..they susggest to raise the bud.
I did..to $  1,350 eventually.

after a couple of m- -  their  play some.
It's not a quote really ..it's usuallay a bid really.
