That cabinet curtain is accessible. You need to remove the shelves and the inner corner panel inside the cabinet (at least we do that in my '87 Westy) and can then reach the anchoring screws holding the curtain straps. Have a magnet or claw reacher ready to retrieve the small screws you will almost certainly drop.
