I have one with a few chips and cracks. Not too bad, I used it that way for
years. A hour spent on it would work wonders, too. Plus, I made paper
pattern for a sheet metal version that I could send you if I can find it
and you want one made locally that you could paint brown.

Just let me know which you want to try.
