the westys had satin black finish on the bumpers from the factory.   not
gloss.   theres no color code for it.    the only  reason they look grey or
chalky is because of 25 years of UV rays.


i did my bumpers in Krylon satin black from a spray can and it looks just
like they came from the factory.
