It only fails when the fan motor goes bad and one refuses to deal with that. Even with a bad fan motor they don't go bad easily. In my years working on Vanagons I have replaced one.

Since Cunegonde is down for her 1.9l ==> 2.1l transplant, thought I'd do all the dash removal tasks, too.

So, where to relocate the front fan motor resistor pack so it can be checked/replaced w/out major surgery again? I know it has to be in dry airflow because heat generation.
