Zoltan, it sounds to me like someone switched the wires on the two fuse holders that are behind the driver's seat. The feed wires for both of these fuse holders are red so it would be easy to do. One supplies the fridge and the other does everything else (water pump, panel, etc.). It sounds like the other stuff is running off of fridge power which only comes available once the van is running thanks to a relay under the driver's seat. I would check the two power wires to see. Just test them with a meter. One should be full time hot and the other will only be hot when the van is running. Put a black piece of tape on the fridge power wire so you know which is which. Now turn on the panel and touch the full time hot power supply to first one fuse holder then the other. The one that lights up the panel is the correct one. Hook the full time power to that and everything should work as normal. The other wire has to be the fridge, relay controlled power. Hope this helps.
