http://www.van-cafe.com/home/van/page_1601_140/ground-tree.html and I bet busdepot.com and gowesty.com have same. A junk yard may yield as well. POR-15 works. I've used other rust convertors. Apply good penetrating fluid to heater box fasteners (to body). You can kind of see the mount holes in this image: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Zz0J31XXPC4/UPw5UhpIo7I/AAAAAAAAGpc/-6dZIfjuR1M/s720/air%2520outlet.jpg Maybe spray thread ends on the other side behind the upper grill? A wobble extension(s) is useful for these fasteners. IIRC, the OEM fastener(s) are the large Phillips head type. As have many, I replaced these with hex head bolts. One of those "hit em with a hammer" impact drivers is handy for this and elsewhere. http://www.automotive-toolzone.co.uk/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/650x650/312c1b703ec6acb50201dd2106844964/l/2/l2920.jpg
