To all: the meter probes are clean. I've tried two different meters. My skin is not contacting the probes or any exposed portion of wire.

Thanks David. Yes. I understand.

I'm now paying the price for not having kept accurate notes of what I did to the wiring harness some years ago. But. I'll find out what I did.
