they are spring type nuts that work on tension. theyre more like a little clip. you push the clip nut thing on the stud and then put the stud in the hole and it springs back open on the inside of the body. all done from the outside.

It's obvious that the two studs that hold the upper part of the flap to the side of the Westy go in from the outside and need nuts installed on the inside to fasten them. But where and how do you access those two holes from the inside to install those nuts?

I am hoping I don't have to pull the kitchen cabinet just to get to them.
