Post a link to a picture of the mess or send directly to. Using dyes is a very common method of locating fluid leaks.

The oil leak continues - but I did get the coolant leak stopped. Replaced a small hose.

The oil leak is another matter. My 88 GL is in the shop right now up na a rack getting a good look over. The mechanic says the top side is dry ans a bone, but the bottom is washed clean with leaking oil - and it's not obvious where the leak is. Recommended washing it up,n removing exterior oil and grease and adding a dye to the oil and running it a day or so - then taking another look with a black light or something.

Anyone ever hear of chasing an oil leak this way. I'm funny about oil additives.

Thanks,

John
