For many it does. When an odometer is replaced there shall be a sticker indicating the date and mileage at the time of replacement. Regardless of repairs performed mileage can have an impact on the condition of a chassis and there are still many parts that may have not been replaced. Some look for low mileage as a benefit. Some also look for high mileage as an accomplishment. Dennis
