Thanks Ken et al,

It's been a pleasure to be a member of this community, nearly since it's inception. I have had a lot of interest, and a likely local buyer coming to inspect and possibly finalize the transaction later this week. I do think the pricing is appropriate given it's overall condition and that it's essentially all original.

Again, thanks to all of you who have assisted me with parts and advise over the years, and hopefully what I've provided hasn't been too misleading!!
