Understood. Thanks Stuart. Good tip on heating the black hose at nipple.

I recall, "ahem", having to repair the valve with a fuel hose transition to the OEM black evap hose. At the time, I knew the added OD o fuel hose might interfere with the valve seal; as you know there's little room between the wheel well et al and the rollover valve.

It would be nice to be able to flush the fuel tank with it in place but I know it should be dropped to do the job. I'll re-install the OEM square filter pre pump and let that be the sacrificial part.
