No, it won't happen if we just expect corporate action. One Vanagon is not a problem, but 150 million cars in the US are. (As are 15 million cars in Canada.) We got into this climate change nightmare by 2% increases here and 3% increases there in emissions, and the way out is by multiple cuts of that size. As they said back in WWII, the one way to win is to "fight on all fronts - including the home front". James Ottawa, ON
