Geneva is correct. back in those days Volkswagen didn't name their models. they were registered by body style. Anthony, you're asking about a Type III, 2 door squareback sedan. they were actually available as a sedan delivery ( no rear-side glass ) . uber rare in the states these days. I've wanted a 'squareback' since half way to forever. had a Dasher ( 4 door squareback sedan) for a while - snow plow victim. so, Geneva, I'm interested but, as a responsible adult [ in a Vanagon ] distance and finances [ grown up, real world crap ! ]             mike ________________________________ From: Geneva Saint-Amour <genevasaintamour@HOTMAIL.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Friday, February 28, 2014 11:44 PM Subject: Re: Frydae - For VW Oldtimers I have a couple of restorable square backs for sale if anyone is interested.  Message me for more info.  Located in Clarkdale, Arizona. > Date: Fri, 28 Feb 2014 22:40:12 -0600 > From: jrodgers113@GMAIL.COM > Subject: Re: Frydae - For VW Oldtimers > To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > > I had one of these for a short time in Alaska.
