I see, 'knawed " OK, here is my always-do-for-sure solution for that..

ALWAYS ..on any sitting vehicle.. and the more out in the country, and less in city, the more this is needed.

I get those yellow boxes of mouse poison.. and place them strategically .. under a workbency in a shop/garage.. on on the front floor of stored vanagons.

this method flat works. I keep, btw ...upwards of 20 stored vehicles.

anybody need to buy a vehicle ? I got 'em, in Southern Oregon ( and now a flawless emerald green low miles 1985 Mercedes 280E sedan . that one is in locked storage under a roof in Honolulu ) ..with mouse poison on the front floor, even though they tell me they do not have an issue with mice getting into cars there.

air stuff out too .. one of the worst things anyone can do to any vehicle is never air it out. all of it. On nice days ..I open up a dozen vanagons and other vehicles, religiously.
