Take proper precautions to secure van when removing back wheels.

Then to remove the drum, take off wheels. Release parking brake. Then remove two small 8mm (might be 10mm). Then slip drum off. Of it's not coming off, you forgot to release the parking brake. It is not necessary to remove the rear hubs to replace the studs.

That said, IIRC, the alloys sold by GW has conical seat lugholes. That means you just need the correct Carat style hardware to install them. Longer studs shouldn't be necessary.
