I've had numerous RHD vehicles in the US including a T25 Singlecab. Pedal arrangements are the same as LHD. That is clutch/brake/fuel left to right. Shift pattern is typically same as LHD because manufacturers do not make a different transnmission for RHD.

Can take some getting used to.;-)
