Fully fitted out for camping, most of the space available in a Vanagon is simply taken up by the various camping paraphernalia. Even if one is going to the outback, which I do sometimes, gasoline is almost always available within 200 miles of the last one. But, I can see reasons to carry it, if maximum safety provision can be made. Best then would be in an expedition type can, mounted outside. Rotopax? I think Squirrel uses these. mcneely
