I had an '85 Westy. The most offensive thing about the tall front was the uneven stance. I made some spacers for rear springs to help with rear sag. It was handy on rough dirt roads, and I rarely had to jack it up to work on it. I now have an 84 Westy and it too has been leveled out and sits about as high as the 85. I had a set of Carat springs and I sold them. Chris.
