There was only one item that could have caused it; the first whasher/shim that is made of white metal and has a tab that's bent into the block to stay in place. Now, that shim has turned out of position and the size of that tab got added to the shims total size big time, making the total more than double, thus getting the whole thing tightened up when the flywheel was added. No harm done though. It was just making the job twice. My fault, of course. Everything is well now. Thanks for the List for the immediate help. My regards to all of you. Zoltan
