The larger of the two black wires from the ignition switch is the one that powers on the engine related systems in the rear of the vehicle. From the switch the larger larger black goes to the fuse panel top of fuse #12 where another black wire carries the power on to the engine compartment wiring box where a single pin connector feeds it to the ignition coil and on to the engine relays.

Was the black wire the one that cooked?
