As Anthony pointed out, I offer 5% off most orders over $50 for list members, if you enter referral code list1e on checkout. The discount comes right off your current order, without requiring an additional order later like "rewards points" do. The Bus Depot got its start on the Vanagon List, so this is something I've always offered by way of appreciation for the support of its early members (some of whom are still here), without which the Depot might not exist today. 5% roughly offsets your shipping cost, so another way of looking at it is that you're getting your orders shipped free or almost-free. The discount has certain exclusions, most notably sale items, made-to-order or special-order items, tires/wheels, and engines/transmissions. (However they do count toward the $50 minimum purchase.)  You can use the code repeatedly as long as you're a list member, but please do not publicize it off-list. 

There has also been an ongoing 10% discount for large orders. Until now it has required a $1200 minimum, but I've been considering dropping the threshold to $1000. So let's make it official, at least for List Members for now. As of today, you get 10% off orders over $1000 using Referral Code PROJ1000.  This is not mentioned on the website (yet) so save this email.  Also I cannot say at this point how long it will last. It could be ongoing, or I may have to squash it if it hurts us too bad. (We work at a pretty slim markup so 10% off can be a stretch.) The same exclusions apply as on the 5% discount above. 

Speaking of markup, I'd like to point out that a "percentage off" discount is only as good as the original price that it's discounted from. We operate on a very tight margin, and import a lot of our products directly from Europe whereas our competitors buy from middlemen. This allows better pricing in some cases, and better quality for the same price in others. I would encourage you to compare your actual delivered cost (including shipping, and even tax as we only collect tax in PA) on like quality, apples-to-apples, against GoWesty and others, and make your own decision.
