You are correct, if it is in ProperWorkingOrder but might it possible if it had some InternalFault
or a Fault in the Circuits it controls or might its SwitchingActionAction have been the Catalyst that
took out some other Circuit ~ I don't know ~ Just asking / throwing out ideas ~
