The easiest thing is to replace the broken fork!

To remove ignition lock cylinder requires drilling a hole in the lock body so you can depress the detent spring.

If you ask me, it's much simpler to rekey the lock cylinder in the new handles to match the ignition lock cylinder. Before you do that, you should look up the lock code from the broken locks and have a fresh key cut from code. That way, you are matching the new locks to an unworn key.
