Even in the later years most of the non GL models had the clock instead of the tach. That went along with the rubber floor mats and vinyl or cloth seats without arm rests. As for the mirrors, the power mirrors were part of an upgrade package that included the power windows and locks. Fun Bus is a GL without that package. Oh, and that package also included the rear wiper/washer.
