I've been using the cover from Airhead Parts for the last year on my Blaze.
 Fit is nice and it came with extra grommets for the security cable or the
addition of an antenna hole.  Since it stayed on through the winter, I
cinched it down with plastic hooks and cord through the grommets.  I have
seen a bit of paint rubbed off at the two points where the hooks are
attached.  Over all a nice cover and it kept Blaze dry during the winter.
