He will probably get the asking price. Bend is teeming with transplanted Californians with deep pockets and vanagon westies are "so" in now a days. Notice the plate IS from California...hmmm....That may be why it still has the stock motor...Hard to get the Smog Cops to sign off on transplants in that state...

That is actually a pretty clean looking Westie...but $10k would be too much for me...
