Do you have heat to the dash vents? If so, it’s a 90 or 91 heater.

The defroster hose is paper and about 30-35 mm diameter.

The later heater has the vent outlets on part #2 of the above linked illustration whereas on the early heater they’re located on part #1 as shown.
