There is an aces panel in the floor of the cabinet above it. Start there. May just a hose. If the tank needs to come out you have some work to do.

Well last week we got in our Westy and after the rear end accident , we needed to hit the road. We only drove 300 miles to camp to camp at Pinnacles National Park . Pinnacles is a great place to hike and enjoy Nature lots of Photo ops and wild life. We like it in the Spring and the fall. The Van did fine we only had two problems. The audiovox cruise control stopped working and we now have a leak in our Westy Fresh Water Tank. I fixed the cruise control by adjusting the magnet on the Axel Shaft. No problem with that system,  but I am wondering how to Access the Water Tank So I can find the leak and effect repairs. Also can someone recommend a safe glue that will hold up and not be toxic when I find the leak. Thanks, Bill Witz 84 Westy Tiico
