Take rear bench seat/bed out completely. Remove bolts securing cupboard containing water tank from both the wardrobe wall and the fridge/stove unit. Remove all plumbing and electrical connections from that cupboard. Then you can lift the cupboard up and out revealing the tank. Tank might be secured to the van via a bulkhead fitting through floor, or it might not be, in any case you need to look under the van where the tank drain projects and see what is what. There might be a plate there, screwed onto the van, with some gasketing material.
