Might be close. My '91 GL has 15" wheels with slightly oversize tires and it got under the bar OK at the Toronto airport the other day where the limit was 6' 6". So it depends on how much a Syncro is lifted compared to a 7 passenger. Maybe you could actually measure it. :-) Lay a board or something over the highest point so that it is level and measure from the board to the pavement. Or measure on both sides and average them.
