So answering....I had the windshield done in El Centro california....I called my insurance company (Hartford, affiliated with the AARP....) and they took care of the whole deal...found me a shop and set up an appointment arranged the time and took care of paying the glass people...They did use a new gasket and the even replaced a transponder decal I had for our local toll bridge...
