ditto on that using full strokes of the brake pedal to bleed the brakes
on a very used Master Brk Cyl.

Ask what bleeding method they used.
there is obviously air somewhere, or internal leakage between the two
portions of the MC.

whenever bleeding brakes, it's a great time to bleed some fresh BF into
the clutch MC too.
