I don't have the wheel and tire combo in question. However, it is possible to deduce clearance based on information you provided. I venture a better guess if you stated your existing wheel width. 235-225 = 10mm wider 10mm x 1/2 = 5mm on each edge ET25-ET23 = 2mm inward "push" 5mm - 2mm = 3mm net inward The Van Cafe wheel you referenced is 7.5mm wide. Assuming your old wheel is the same width, you only need to contend with 3mm. However, if the old wheels are narrower, it will likely present some clearance challenges. The width of the wheel also dictates how the sidewall will budge. Even tires in the same size from different manufacturers can differ enough to be a problem even on the same size wheel.
