Can you feed some of that clear aquarium style hose down the dipstick tube and suck some oil out? That's the basis for oil extraction systems like the Mityvac. I guess a hand siphon pump or vacuum pump could provide suction.

Of course after rigging all that up you could of just loosened the drain plug..
