I've seen the same thing as Pat, but on other vehicles. Had a similar problem years ago with my Vanagon and a leaking crankshaft seal. The disk swelled up so much from the oil that it couldn't disengage. If the disk swells, the PP diaphragm fingers move closer to the flywheel, but the hydraulics will adjust for that, so you end up reaching the maximum travel on the PP before your pedal gets to the floor, and you 'hit the wall'. And of course, it won't disengage.

Anyone has an idea? Zoltan ------------------------------ End of vanagon Digest - 14 May 2014 to 15 May 2014 (#2014-252) **************************************************************
