Subject:      Throttle adjustment

Any tips on a good way to adjust the length of the rod for the accelerator
cable to the throttle linkage on an automatic?  The one piece I lost, it
was that darn little clip at the end of the rod.  I had it in and when I
released the spring, it shot off.  Won't be road testing the engine swap
tonight :(
