I would not drive much at all with a weak cylinder like that.

no matter what...operating with something out of spec like that contributes to Even More wear wear on the engine.

I would do a leak-down test next , to get an idea if it's more valves or rings .. and take the appropiate repair action.

( not that it shouldn't have a cleaned up crankshaft and new bearings at these total miles anyway ....they do just 'let go' I see here and there. That is strangely 'good' oil pressure. I would expect about 15 psi max , fully warm, at idle, with 20W50. Got 80 weight in it ..or ? )
